Our legal services
We are specialists in construction, real estate, dispute resolution, and public procurement, and are recognized as leading experts in our areas of expertise.
Our legal advice is based on a deep understanding of and strong interest in the construction and real estate sectors. The requirements of the construction industry are constantly evolving, with an increasing emphasis on innovation and sustainable solutions. This places high demands on industry operators, particularly in terms of contractual and collaborative relationships. The core of our legal services is focused on finding legally sound and practically viable solutions, ensuring they foster development and new approaches.
On 1 January 2025, we expanded our services to include real estate. Real estate is a natural extension of our existing expertise, enabling us to offer holistic advice on the projects we are involved in. This allows us to advise on all stages of the construction process, from inception to completion.
We place great emphasis on personal relationships with our clients. This is why we often handle cases in small, dedicated teams that work closely with our clients, as we believe this approach ensures the best results and more cost-efficient case management.
Our clients primarily include public authorities, utility companies, technical consultants, social housing associations, pension funds, and real estate investors.
VILTOFT was founded in 1974 by, among others, attorney Henrik Viltoft. Our office is located in the heart of Copenhagen, near Nørreport Station.
