Project development, transactions and lease law

VILTOFT’s Real Estate team provides specialised and value-creating advice across all areas of real estate. With many years of experience, the team advises on project development, real estate transactions, residential and commercial lease law, and other real estate matters, serving major players in the market. 

In project development, the team offers advice on acquisition of building rights, infrastructure development, planning issues, development agreements, the conclusion of lease agreements, and the transfer of properties as turnkey assets.  

The team is also highly specialised in real estate transactions (M&A real estate) in the form of both asset and share transactions, including structuring of the transactions, setting up data rooms, conducting legal due diligence and drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing the signing and closing processes.  

Additionally, the team advises on residential and commercial lease law, including the negotiation of lease agreements, amendment of terms, dispute resolution, and vacation agreements. The team also handles litigation related to complex real estate and lease law issues.

By combining expertise from both project development and transactions with VILTOFT’s existing specialisations in public procurement, construction and dispute resolution, the team offers clients a holistic solution.
