Project development, transactions and  commercial lease law

VILTOFT’s Real Estate Team provides specialised and value-creating advice on all aspects of real estate, based on many years’ experience in providing legal services to a number of large operators in the market on project development, real estate transactions, commercial lease law and other matters relating to real estate. 

In project development, the team advise on the purchase of land and building rights, infrastructure development, planning matters, development agreements and the transfer of turnkey properties. 

The Real Estate Team also specialise in real estate transactions, assisting clients in relation to the transfer of assets and companies as well as the structuring of transfers, establishment of data rooms, legal due diligence, preparation and negotiation of outline agreements, and preparation and execution of signing and closing processes. 

In addition, the team provide advice on commercial lease law, including the conclusion of lease agreements, amendment of terms and conditions, disputes and agreements on the vacation of premises, and also litigate in complex disputes concerning real estate and commercial lease law. 

VILTOFT’s Real Estate Team is operated by experienced people who have been providing advice on project development and transactions for several years. By combining experience gained from work in project development and transactions with VILTOFT’s existing expertise in public procurement, construction and litigation, VILTOFT is able to offer its clients holistic solutions.
