We are now able to offer a new area of expertise
Real estate – project development, real estate transactions and commercial lease law
On 1 January 2025, two new partners, Andreas Antoniades and Line Krog, joined VILTOFT.
Together, Andreas and Line will lead and develop a new real estate department focusing on real estate transactions, project development and commercial lease law. The new department will supplement VILTOFT’s existing legal services in the fields of construction, public procurement and litigation.
Andreas and Line are a familiar team who for many years have managed major real estate transactions and worked on complex legal issues relating to real estate, focusing on advising pension funds and property investors on the purchase, sale and development of real estate and local authorities, public institutions and utility companies on land acquisition, commercial lease law and planning law.
In addition, we welcome a new colleague, the attorney Trine Kruse Nord, as a member of our new real estate team. Trine specialises in real estate transactions and has many years of experience in advising both Danish and international investors.
