To support our busy legal teams, we have recently welcomed three new colleagues.

We are pleased to welcome two new student assistants, Bertram Strømberg and Peter Nygaard.

Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome (back) our new legal secretary, Charlotte Gade Moberg. Charlotte also worked at VILTOFT from 2007 to 2012.

Legal 500 has published this year’s rankings, and at VILTOFT were are incredible proud to once again be ranked in Tier 1 in the category “Real Estate and Construction” and in Tier 2 in the categories “Dispute Resolution” and “EU, Competition and Public Procurement”.

Chambers Europe has just published this year’s rankings, and at VILTOFT, we are incredibly proud to once again be placed at the very top in the category Real Estate: Construction.

In addition, we are delighted that this year’s list once again features two recognized individuals: Henrik Hauge Andersen and Peter Fauerholdt Thommesen – with Peter having moved up to Band 1.

This recognition is the result of strong teamwork and a collective effort by the entire VILTOFT team.

Mathilde Sundby Raagaard
Mathilde has several years of experience advising on all aspects of construction law. She has worked both at law firms and as an in-house legal advisor at a major Danish engineering company. Mathilde will further strengthen our expertise within construction law and dispute resolution.

Christian has recently completed his Master of Laws degree at the University of Copenhagen and is now embarking on his legal training to become an attorney. Christian will also join our team specialising in construction law and dispute resolution.

Real estate – project development, transactions and lease law

As of 1 January 2025, two new partners, Andreas Antoniades and Line Krog, have joined VILTOFT.

Together, Andreas and Line will lead and develop a new department focusing on real estate, including project development, transactions and lease law. The new department will complement VILTOFT’s existing legal services in construction, public procurement and dispute resolution. 

Andreas and Line are a well-established team with many years of experience handling major real estate transactions and advising on complex legal matters. Their work has particulary focused on assisting pension funds and property investors with the acquisition, sale and development of real estate, as well as advising local authorities, public institutions and utility companies on land acquisition, lease matters and planning law.  

We are also pleased to welcome attorney Trine Nord Kruse to the new real estate team. Trine is a specialist in real estate transactions and brings many years of experience advising both Danish and international investors.
