AB 18

The building and construction industry uses voluntary standard terms when entering into contracts for the execution of building and construction works in connection with this. These standard terms are called “General Conditions” (in Danish “Almindelige Betingelser”), colloquially AB.

The new AB 18 system entered into force on 1 January 2019.
