Andreas Antoniades is widely recognised for his extensive experience spanning more than 25 years, during which he has regularly advised Danish pension funds, professional real estate investors, asset managers, municipalities, utility companies, and a range of other institutions in Denmark. He also counsels commercial foundations (dansk: erhvervsdrivende fonde) on real estate-related matters.
His core areas of expertise include real estate transactions (M&A real estate), project development, lease law, and a wide range of complex legal and commercial issues related to real estate. This includes dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration, market rent adjustments, and environmental and planning law.
In addition, Andreas supports clients in the formation of joint ventures and the negotiation of ownership structures and various types of agreements, including asset management and property administration contracts.
He has advised both private and institutional investors as well as public authorities on real estate investments and transactions involving property portfolios. These include residential rental properties, office buildings, shopping centres, and logistics facilities.
