Andreas Antoniades is recognised for his more than 25 years of experience in providing regular advice to Danish pension funds, professional property investors, asset managers and local authorities, as well as to utility companies and various institutions in Denmark. He also advises commercial foundations on matters relating to real estate.
Andreas’ main areas of expertise are real estate transactions (real estate M&A), project development, lease law and other complex legal and commercial issues associated with real estate, including dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration as well as adjustment of market rents and environmental and planning matters.
In addition, Andreas assists clients in the formation of joint ventures and the conclusion of ownership agreements and other types of contracts, including asset management and administration agreements.
Andreas has advised private and institutional investors as well as public authorities on investment in real estate and on the purchase and sale of property portfolios, including investment in residential rental properties and office buildings, shopping centres and properties designed for logistic activities. He has also provided advice on project development and the sale of building rights.
Andreas has advised numeorus clients on the drafting and conclusion of lease agreements for well-known head office facilities and on sale and leaseback transactions.
Andreas is experienced in dealing with matters relating to residential and commercial leases and is ackowledged as a co-author of Erhvervslejeret (Commercial Lease Law, 2nd edition), which is an in-depth description of commercial lease law.
