Casper Djurslev advises public authorities, social housing associations, utility companies and private-sector companies on all matters relating to VILTOFT’s areas of expertise: construction, public procurement and dispute resolution.

Casper has experience from all stages of public procurement – from tender design to the signing of contracts after completion of the procurement procedure. He also has experience in relation to complaints filed with the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Casper also advises on the procurement of IT contracts.

In 2024, Casper provided advice to several utility companies within the same legal group with the preparation and execution of tenders for various construction and supply contracts across different utility areas.

Casper has also assisted a large utility company on a series of tenders as part of a large-scale district heating conversion project.

Casper speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
