Casper Djurslev advises public authorities, social housing associations, utility companies and private-sector companies on all matters relating to VILTOFT’s areas of expertise: construction, public procurement and dispute resolution.

Casper has experience from all stages of public procurement – from tender design to the signing of contracts after completion of the procurement procedure. He also has experience in relation to complaints filed with the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Casper also provides advice on calls for tenders for IT contracts.

In 2024, Casper provided advice to several utility companies in the same group in the form of preparation and finalisation of calls for tenders for a number of construction and supply contracts in various utility areas.

Casper has also assisted a large utility company in connection with a number of tenders relating to a large district heating conversion project.

Casper speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
