Profile

Throughout his career, Henrik Hauge Andersen has provided legal advice to the building and construction industry in the fields of construction and procurement law, representing all types of parties. Clients are mainly property developers and consultants, but he also regularly conducts cases for contractors.

Henrik’s main specialty is dispute resolution. He has very extensive litigation and negotiation experience from several major court and arbitration cases in the field of construction, including cases relating to the construction of the Copenhagen Metro, local authorities and, social housing associations and large head office building projects, insurance cases, and all aspects of the legal position of technical consultants. However, Henrik’s main focus is on speedy, effective dispute resolution through negotiation, including mediation and conciliation.

Henrik teaches all subjects in the field of construction and procurement law for almost all the key providers of law courses in Denmark, including the Association of Danish Law Firms, the Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists (DJØF), the Danish Construction Knowledge Centre (MOLIO), Lawyer HR, JUC Law Training Centre, Insight Events, the Danish Association of Construction Clients and ADVOkurser. In addition, Henrik offers customised courses to public authorities and private enterprises.
