Jacob Allon specialises in construction law, litigation and dispute resolution.
He advises public authorities and private companies on all issues related to construction, the formation and interpretation of contracts, and dispute resolution in general.
Jacob has extensive experience in conducting extensive, complex litigation and arbitration cases in close collaboration with the client’s legal and technical staff. He always aims for the solution that is best for the client, be it in the form of a settlement or a final judgment or arbitration award. Jacob has extensive experience in negotiating and concluding settlement agreements. He has participated in extensive expert appraisal procedures and assisted several of the country’s largest companies in complex arbitration cases concerning very large construction projects to a value in excess of DKK 1 billion.
Peter Thommesen has been the lead representative on one of our major projects over a number of years and has provided excellent advice. He has been ably supported by Jacob Allon who is taking an increasingly important role and is particularly good at managing our input.
