Julie Skov Breum advises public authorities, public companies and private enterprises on all matters that fall within VILTOFT’s areas of expertise: construction, procurement, dispute resolution and real estate.

Her legal services include drafting contracts, conducting tenders, providing legal and strategic advice on the management of disputes, and conducting court and arbitration proceedings, including expert appraisal procedures.

Since 2024, Julie has assisted a property developer in an extensive case against a turnkey contractor concerning liability for matters including additional claims, defects, delay and disruption in relation to a large infrastructure project. Her work includes assistance in the arbitration proceedings, concurrent expert appraisal and other types of legal advice.

In 2024 Julie, working together with one of VILTOFT’s attorneys, assisted a utility company with the preparation and implementation of calls for tender for a number of construction contracts in various utility areas.

Julie speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
