In 2024, Katrine assisted a client in a large arbitration case, which mainly concerned delay and disruption costs. Her responsibilities included legal services in relation to claims regarding delay caused by regulatory requirements, and she also provided services in relation to the majority of the client’s defect claims.
Representing a major infrastructure developer, Katrine conducted the majority of the client’s negotiations with a contractor regarding additional work and delays during the execution phase of a very large project.
Katrine speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
