Lise Grothen is highly specialized within real estate. She advises Danish and international clients, including private and institutional investors, developers, and all parties in the construction industry. 

Lise has many years of experience in property transactions, commercial lease law, and the development of complex real estate projects and major urban areas, and she has been involved in many of the major development projects in the Greater Copenhagen area in recent years. 

She has solid experience in establishing joint venture collaborations, sale- and lease-back structures, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Lise also has extensive experience with the structuring and execution of project sales/series sales of owner‑occupied and cooperative housing, as well as with the establishment of various association structures. 

Lise advises on the legal and commercial aspects of both asset and share transactions, including the structuring of the transaction, execution of due diligence processes, and the contractual framework.
