From 2015 to 2023 Morten worked on a permanent basis as attorney in relation to the construction of the BIO4 plant.
For a number of years, Morten has been the primary attorney for lead consultants and project insurance companies associated with large-scale, complex construction projects comprising comprehensive expert appraisal, claims and complex arbitration proceedings.
Morten has for several years acted as attorney for one of Denmark’s largest developers in relation to the construction of a large biofuel plant with a construction budget of more than DKK 1 billion.
Morten speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
