Profile

Rigmor Kragsbjerg Borring advises public authorities, social housing organisations, utility companies, insurance companies, and private companies on all matters within the office’s areas of expertise – construction, procurement, and dispute resolution.

Rigmor has experience in handling all phases of tenders – from advising on the tender design to assisting in the conclusion of the contract after the completion of the tender procedure. She also has experience with complaints before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Rigmor also has experience with expert appraisal cases as well as court and arbitration cases before the ordinary courts and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board – both the smaller and very large cases.

References

Since 2020, in collaboration with one of the office’s partners, Rigmor has been a legal sub-advisor and permanent sparring partner for the client advisor to the social housing associations and their management companies involved in the realisation of the latest master plan for Brøndby Strand Parkerne.

Since 2023, together with one of the office’s partners, Rigmor has been advising the insurers of a consortium of consultants involved in a large hospital construction project. The advice includes representation in an arbitration case with a value in the eight-figure range in Euros, as well as the coordination of multiple expert appraisal cases.

In 2024, Rigmor has, among other things, assisted several utility companies in the same group with the preparation and realisation of multiple tenders for a number of construction contracts within different utility areas.

Rigmor speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
