Rigmor Kragsbjerg Borring advises public authorities, non-profit housing associations, utility companies, insurance companies and private enterprises on all matters related to VILTOFT’s areas of expertise: construction, public procurement and dispute resolution.

Rigmor has experience in managing all stages of the procurement process, from advising on tender design to assisting with contract finalization. She also has experience in handling complaints brought before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

In addition, Rigmor has experience in expert appraisal procedures, as well as in court cases and arbitration cases heard by the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. Her expertise spans both small and large-scale cases.

Since 2020, Rigmor, together with a VILTOFT partner, has served as a legal sub-consultant and regular discussion partner to the construction consultant for social housing associations and their management companies involved in the realization of the latest master plan for Brøndby Strand Parkerne.

Since 2023, Rigmor, in collaboration with a VILTOFT partner, has advised insurance companies providing services to a consortium of consultants on a large hospital project. Her advice is related to an arbitration case with a claim value in the triple-digit millions.

She has also worked on several expert appraisal cases.

In 2024, Rigmor assisted several utility companies within the same group in preparing and executing multiple calls for tenders for contracts related to various types of utility services.

Rigmor speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
