Since 2022, Sebastian has assisted a publicly owned port in a major arbitration case, including expert appraisal, against a turnkey contractor who was due to construct an oil terminal for the port. The contract was terminated by the port during the construction period, and the dispute concerns the justification of the termination, liability for delays, and the state and quality of the partially constructed oil terminal.
