Trine Nord Kruse is part of our Real Estate group. Trine specialises in real estate transactions and works primarily with purchase and sale of investment properties, including commercial and residential rental properties and hotels, as well as development projects and larger property portfolios in the form of both asset and share transfers.

Trine advises on all aspects of a property transaction, including structuring of the transaction, conducting legal due diligence, project management in relation to the transaction’s other stakeholders, drafting and negotiating the contractual basis, including W&I insurance, and handling signing and closing.

Trine advises both Danish and foreign investors, including pension funds, project developers and public authorities.

In addition, Trine has experience with commercial lease law, including drafting and negotiating domicile and hotel lease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Trine also has experience in drafting and negotiating other types of contracts, including management and operator agreements.

Trine speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
