Trine Nord Kruse is part of our Real Estate team. Trine specialises in real estate transactions (M&A real estate) and works primarily with acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, including commercial and residential rental properties and hotels, development projects and large property portfolios, in the form of both asset and share transactions.

Trine advises on all aspects of a real estate transaction, including structuring of the transaction, conducting legal due diligence, project management in relation to the other stakeholders in the transaction, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including W&I insurance, and managing the signing and closing processes.

Trine advises both Danish and foreign investors, including pension funds, project developers and municipalities.

In addition, Trine has experience in commercial lease law, including drafting and negotiating head office and hotel lease agreements on behalf of both lessors and lessees. Trine is also experienced in drafting and negotiating other types of contracts, including management and operator agreements.

Trine speaks the Scandinavian languages and English.
