Arbitration Proceedings Concerning the Cityringen
The Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board has issued a partial award in the ongoing arbitration proceedings between the Cityringen’s civil works contractor and Metroselskabet, acting as the contracting authority.
The partial award resolves the first phase of the arbitration proceedings, which have been ongoing since 2016, and fully acquits Metroselskabet of the claims brought by the civil works contractor that were subject to adjudication.
VILTOFT has advised and assisted Metroselskabet throughout the entire Cityringen project, including the arbitration proceedings. It has been a privilege to do so.
