We conduct numerous cases before the courts, the Unfair Dismissals Tribunal, industrial arbitration tribunals and the Danish Labour Court. An even greater number of cases are settled out of court.

We have acted as legal counsel in all types of cases, ranging from amendments of employment contracts and dismissal of employees in the public or private sector to the understanding and interpretation of complex collective pension schemes and collective agreements. We have also assisted in cases concerning the protection of specific groups of employees under the rules and regulations on equal treatment, discrimination and the right of association.
Keeping abreast of developments
Our expertise is based on long-standing experience. We make sure that we keep our legal knowledge up to date by teaching courses in labour and employment law for leading course providers.
Our list of clients includes the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations, the Danish Nurses’ Association, the Financial Services Union and the Union of Communication and Language Professionals.
We have also been legal advisers to the Danish Actors’ Association and Fédération Internationale des Acteurs (FIA) for many years.
