    Advisor to a distributor regarding a building permit for the expansion of a private hospital, which the municipality had initially refused, but which it subsequently granted.

    Advisor to a distributor who needed to remodel approx. 9,000 sqm. of existing buildings before granting a new lease. Assistance in organising the conversion process so that the building permit requirements only included a few structural conditions, which made it possible to accelerate the conversion and leasing by 9 months.

    Advisor to and legal coordinator for a grocery chain in the acquisition of properties and subsequent a local plan process.

    Advisor to a real estate developer in a housing development project of 26,000 sqm. which had a requirement for the establishment of social housing. Assistance in demonstrating the lack of legal basis for a local plan requirement for the establishment of social housing, after which a planning permission was granted for private housing.

    Advisor to a distributor regarding the planning of a residential construction on undeveloped land, where the municipality had issued a ban on construction on two occasions with reference to section 43 and section 14 of the Planning Act, respectively. Assistance in handling of the appeal cases before the Planning Appeals Board, which in both cases resulted in the overturning of bans as being invalid, after which a building permit was granted.
