Helle Lorentsen Bøgeskov is part of VILTOFT's team of procurement specialists and she has many years of experience providing specialised advice on procurement law and construction law on both a strategic and a day-to-day level.

When providing legal advice, Helle integrates her specialist knowledge of procurement law and construction law to provide the best outcome for employers and the other types of clients she advises. Helle emphasizes using the law to deliver a result that is applicable to the client's practical reality and to be a sparring partner who builds a trustful working relationship with both clients and stakeholders.

She advises on all aspects of procurement law - from start to finish preparing a tender - and has extensive experience in advising contracting authorities on strategic planning of procurement and in conducting tenders on construction law matters, including technical advice. A significant part of Helle's work consists of advising on tenders within the utilities area and thus, she has in-depth knowledge of the Utilities Directive.

In addition, Helle has many years of experience in drafting and interpreting construction and technical consultancy contracts, and she advises clients and employers on all types of construction and consultancy law issues that arise after the contract has been signed and the work has begun.

Helle has particular experience with the utility sector in a broad sense and has a deep practical knowledge of many utility branches, such as district heating, electricity and gas, and the special issues that arise here within.

Where a tender or a construction/consulting contract leads to a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, Helle also conducts cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and the Danish Arbitration Board.
